Our Women’s Initiative is dedicated to the support, development, advancement, and retention of our women attorneys, patent agents, and law clerks. The group meets regularly to explore ways they can assist and champion one another, including through collaborating on business development efforts and brainstorming solutions to personal or professional challenges.
In addition, they periodically hold events designed to build and strengthen relationships with women clients and other business contacts.
The firm also has a long-running mentoring program available to all associates and agents, designed to advance professional growth and leadership development. The program has proven beneficial to women lawyers and agents at every career level, and it has particular value to those at earlier stages, providing them with feedback and advice to help them grow and advance within the firm.
