Outreach
The more inclusive and diverse we are, the more we can effectively accomplish on behalf of our clients and communities. Our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Committee is tasked with developing and implementing programs that seek to achieve greater diversity among our ranks and make our firm more inclusive. We recognize that we must continuously strive to ensure our firm culture is one in which our diverse members are respected, supported, and provided with opportunities to succeed.
Our ongoing efforts to foster an inclusive environment include regularly disseminating educational resources and scheduling internal events to recognize and celebrate historically marginalized groups. We invite all members of our firm to contribute to these efforts and actively participate in promoting and supporting the firm’s diversity, equity, and inclusion values.
We also have a mandatory firmwide internal training program designed to identify and challenge personal biases and to promote a better understanding of how these biases can detrimentally influence hiring decisions, work allocation, and internal and external communication.
An inclusive culture is built not by any one event or training session, but by a concerted and collaborative effort to challenge ourselves to do more. Through open dialogue and ongoing self-evaluation, we work to ensure our firm grows stronger and our people thrive.
At Fitch Even, we work diligently to recruit diverse talent to join our firm at all levels. The composition of our Recruiting and Employment Committee reflects a cross-section of the firm, which assists in making more-informed recruiting and hiring decisions. Working closely with our DE&I Committee ensures that our adherence to DE&I best practices is evident at every stage of the hiring process.
We continue to assess, improve, and invest in our hiring and retention processes in tandem with our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. To learn more about joining Fitch Even, please visit our Careers section.
