Working in the field of intellectual property law is challenging and fulfilling. However, we recognize that many people will not have experience working in IP. Each new staff member receives extensive onboarding followed by training and continuing education, so we encourage anyone interested in a position in this exciting area of law to apply.

At Fitch Even, we prioritize the health and well-being of our people. In addition to competitive salaries and bonuses, we offer a generous benefits package that includes comprehensive insurance options and a 401k plan with employer contribution. Our dress code is “Dress for Your Day,” and we offer a variety of internal social activities throughout the year.
