Fitch Even partner Calista J. Mitchell recently was a featured panelist at a Women in eDiscovery program on “Knowing Your Value & Negotiating Your Salary,” on May 16.
During the program, Calista and the other panelists discussed systemic issues that have contributed to income inequity between men and women and how to close the gap by understanding the market and advocating for yourself.
Women in eDiscovery (WiE) is a non-profit organization that provides educational opportunities regarding technology in the legal industry. Since its inception in 2007, Women in eDiscovery has grown globally with thousands of members and 31 chapters.
