Alison is an associate in the firm. Alison’s practice entails all aspects of intellectual property litigation, with a primary focus on patent litigation. Alison has litigated patent cases in a variety of technical areas, including semiconductors, photolithography, integrated circuits, computer software, imaging systems, mobile electronics, online payment systems, human genetic therapies, and medical devices. She also has represented clients in a wide variety of other business disputes, including copyright, breach of contract, business torts and property rights. Alison has participated in trials in federal district court and investigations at the International Trade Commission.
