Lilia is a patent agent registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She has been a Patent Agent with the firm since 2001. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a Patent Agent with Chicago law firms of Chapman and Cutler, and Keck, Mahin & Cate. She also was a Patent Attorney for fourteen years in the former USSR, Republic of Moldova, working for the All-Union Patent Service Center and the Academy of Science of Republic of Moldova. Lilia has worked in the United States for ten years.

Lilia's main area of practice is patent prosecution, specifically electrical, electronics and communications. She also actively supports the firm's international practice, filing and prosecuting foreign national and international patent applications. She is fluent in Russian.
